12 Steps Of Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar, also known as Sun Salutation, is one of the most traditional forms of expressing appreciation to the sun. It is regularly performed in the morning to welcome the sun. It is done in sets of fives and consists of eight asanas made into a string of 12 steps for each side, right, and left. Each time you do this sequence, take a long breath with the actions of your body while performing it.
